Strategy Building

Strategy building aims to build a systematic process of envisioning a desired future, and translating this vision into broadly defined goals or objectives and a sequence of steps to achieve them by using different approaches such as Balanced Scorecard.

It is how the organization identifies the organization’s strategy, to set goals and priorities, and to make sure that the employees are working towards achieving this goal set.
